About these terms

These terms apply when you use the MaruCare website or app (marucareindia.com) to book home sample collection, lab tests, nursing care or elder care. By booking you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our service

MaruCare arranges home sample collection by trained staff and sends samples to partner laboratories for testing. We also arrange nursing care and elder care at home on request. Services are available in the cities listed on our website. Please call us to confirm collection at your exact address.

Bookings

You must give accurate details for the patient, including name, age, gender, mobile number, email and address. A booking request is confirmed when our team confirms the slot, or when your online payment is received. The patient (or an adult representative) should be present at the chosen time. If we cannot reach you or the address, we may need to reschedule.

Prices and payment

Prices on the website are in Indian rupees. The final amount is confirmed by our team. You can pay online (UPI, cards or net banking) through our payment partner Razorpay, or pay when our phlebotomist visits, where this option is offered. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. They are handled by the payment partner.

Sample collection and preparation

Some tests need fasting or other preparation, which is shown on each test page. Results can be affected if the preparation is not followed. Test reports depend on the quality of the sample given.

Reports

Report times shown on the website are estimates and can vary. Reports are provided for information and should be reviewed by a qualified doctor. MaruCare does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and the information on our website does not replace a doctor's advice.

Nursing care and elder care

These services are arranged on request. Prices and terms depend on the care needed and are confirmed with you before the service starts. Nursing staff follow your doctor's instructions and cannot change a treatment plan.

Your account

You can create an account with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email safe and for the details you enter. When you add a family member you confirm you are allowed to share their details with us.

Responsible use

Please do not misuse the website, attempt to break into it, or enter false details or bookings.

Our responsibility

We take care to provide our services with reasonable skill. To the extent the law allows, MaruCare is not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as weather, traffic or lab downtime. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
